Prestige Program
The Prestige Program, accepting ages 7-17 with a primary focus on Leon and Gadsden counties, helps the young ladies learn communication and team-building skills, along with helping the young ladies to understand how to start a conversation and make professional and personal connections properly. Additionally, the prestige program helps the young ladies learn essential life skills such as sewing, grocery shopping, and budgeting as a team so they will feel comfortable operating in these areas individually. Counseling services are also rendered to young ladies. The Prestige Program is designed to help young ladies learn about themselves in a greater capacity as this shows them their likes and dislikes. It helps to build youthful ladies’ self-confidence via active activities. Lastly, these young ladies gain different skill sets via community service hours which helps to develop their academic and professional resumes. Academic and professional resumes will help the young ladies obtain sufficient funding to help cover housing expenses. Each Jewel will be given a golden number as personal identification to ask questions, surveys, and enrichments.

Garnet Crown Program
The Garnet Crown program originated to serve ages 7-12 females in the Leon and Gadsden County areas offering mentoring, tutoring with focus on implementing stem activities, gaining community service hours, and building necessary basic skills. These are pertinent years in deciding which way they want their career and personal lives to go. We wish to assist them with enhancing and learning their strengths. Additionally, identify their weaknesses so that there are barriers to their grades and confidence in their youth. The Garnet Crown Program also serves to help young ladies transition from elementary to middle school, as this is a significant change that some kids struggle with as they transition. The Garnet Crown Program helps young ladies identify and come in contact with the spiritual aspects of their lives. learn how to operate effectively as they go about their daily lives. They understand why discipline is imperative while learning to take and execute directives from proper authorities.

Gold Crown Program
The Gold Crown Program is designed to support teenage girls aged 13-17 as they transition into adulthood. Participants, referred to as Conquerors, will work towards achieving a trade, GED, or high school diploma. Upon completion of their educational goals, they will be eligible for a total scholarship of $1000. This consists of $500 awarded upon verification of their high school diploma and another $500 after completing their first semester.
In cases where a Gold Crown participant is transitioning to independent living, they will receive $500 after showing proof of certification, plus a $500 gift card to Publix or another grocery store of their preference.
The program focuses on enhancing skills crucial for personal and professional growth, including public speaking, basic life skills, professional development, self-care, spiritual growth, community service involvement, mentorship, and tutoring. Additionally, participants will engage in activities aimed at building confidence and competence, such as mock interviews, professional attire guidance, and resume preparation.
